    • Caffeine cut-off at 2pm. Caffeine half-life is 5-7h. A coffee at 3pm = 50% still in your system at 9pm.
    • Cool bedroom (16-19°C). Body temperature drop is the biological sleep signal.
    • Alcohol: the silent enemy. It sedates but fragments deep sleep and suppresses REM. You sleep, you don't recover.
